Important Note
In case, due to road closures, snowfall, or any unforeseen circumstances, the guest is unable to proceed to the next planned destination, an alternative hotel will be arranged at the location where guests are stranded; however, the cost of the new hotel will have to be borne by the guests, as all hotels are pre-booked in advance and no refund or compensation will be applicable—Ladakh being a high-altitude region with mountain passes prone to sudden weather changes and road blockages. If the guest wishes to proceed further despite road closures or riding restrictions, the motorcycles will need to be transported by truck for an extra cost up to the point from where riding is permitted.

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking below is set scale of charges which must be paid by traveler.

Important Points to Note
- Climatic conditions in the high altitudes vary from the plains; you should take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes
- Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a First-aid kit during the tour
- Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip
- The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard
- Tripacation reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurs (i.e. weather conditions, political conditions or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service

This is a private bike trip that includes Umlingla Pass - the world's highest motorable road at 5640 meters (higher than Everest Base Camp). It's a complete Leh to Leh circuit covering all major attractions - Khardung-La, Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Hanle Observatory, and the crown jewel Umlingla Pass.
A security deposit of ₹5000 per bike is required. This deposit is fully refundable after the trip completion, provided there is no damage to the bike or riding gear. In case of any damage, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Umlingla Pass is subject to weather conditions and road closures. If the pass is closed due to bad weather, we will provide alternative sightseeing options. No refunds are provided for missed attractions due to weather conditions, as this is beyond our control.
This trip involves high-altitude riding on challenging terrains. We recommend at least 2 years of regular motorcycle riding experience, preferably with some mountain riding experience. The route includes steep ascents, hairpin bends, and high-altitude passes up to 5640 meters.
Accommodation includes hotels in Leh and Nubra Valley, camps at Pangong Lake, and homestays/guesthouses in Hanle. All accommodations are comfortable but basic, considering the remote locations. Hotels are 3-star category or similar, while camps and homestays provide basic amenities.
